What a lovely day for cycling - it really doesn't get any better! The Everybody Active session is for adults with learning disabilities and is on every Wednesday at Palmer Park. Lots of participants turned up this morning and enjoyed cycling around the stadium.Later on in the day saw members of the Accessible Cycle Club take to their bikes in and around the park. This session is on every Wednesday too, at Palmer Park - 17:15 to 18:15 and costs just £2.50. For more information on both, please see here: www.ctc.org.uk/reading

What's the wonderful bike? It looks like a cross between a proper bike, a rickshaw and a wheelchair! The expressions say everything. You must really be on a high after a day like this.
Yes, that's exactly what it is - wheelchair at the front and bike at the back. It's days like this, that make me realise I'm very lucky to be in my job!
Centre Parcs very kindly donated 6 duets bikes last year, all of which are seeing use in Reading and East Hampshire.
