I spent the day sorting out the recruitment process for the vacant post in Swindon.
This meant arranging for adverts in both a local paper - Swindon Advertiser and with the Third Sector magazine. I was totally amazed with the total cost - £6,000 for both! Hasn't anyone told these guys a recession is on? Though using my best negotiating skills - some would call it blagging, I got 1 week for free in the local paper....!
